A guided session of a combination of "Pilates" and "Reebok Flexible Strength" will change the way you relate to your own body and the way you carry it in the world by:

  • increasing flexibility
  • working the core body
  • strengthening abdominal area, lower back, hips and buttocks

This enables you to redefine your body by focusing on the torso

  • reducing stress and fatigue
  • relaxing the mind
  • heightening the spirits

The mat work is designed to improve the mind, body, spirit connection through:

  • concentration and control
  • finding your center and your energy powerhouse
  • creating fluidity in your movements
  • developing a visual framework for your body to follow
  • learning to trust what feels right for your body
  • massaging and stimulating vital organs
  • proper breathing which cleanses the bloodstream through oxygenation

All of the exercises are done in a slow and explanatory manner so that you internalize the instructions.
